Twist Collector User Agreement

Effective Date: September 23, 2025

1. Important Notice

Welcome to Twist Collector! Before you register and use our services, please read and understand the entire content of this agreement carefully, especially the terms involving your major rights and interests, such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. If you are a minor, please read this agreement with your legal guardian. By clicking "Agree" or starting to use the services of Twist Collector, you indicate that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this agreement.

2. Definition of Services

Twist Collector is an application and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by us to users for collecting, organizing, managing, and displaying personal collection information. The services include but are not limited to:

• Core application features
• Twist Collector Cloud Services
• Related plugins and updates

3. Account Registration and Use

• 1.Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to register and use the Services.
• 2.Information Accuracy and Account Security: You promise to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe and are liable for all activities under your account.
• 3.Prohibited Account Activities: You may not sell, rent, lease, or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement.

4. Rules of User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services. You must not use the Services to engage in the following activities:

• Posting illegal, obscene, defamatory, violent, hate speech, or content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
• Engaging in any activities that may harm the interests of Twist Collector, its affiliates, or other users.
• Conducting any activities that jeopardize computer network security, such as spreading viruses, unauthorized access, etc.

We have the right to take measures such as deleting content, suspending services, or even terminating accounts for violations of the above provisions without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• 1.Our Rights: The Twist Collector application, all its content (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, software, interface design) are owned by us or our licensors.
• 2.Your License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Twist Collector services as permitted by this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the software.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this agreement.

• Information Collection: To provide you with better services, we may collect your personal information when you register, use the services, or visit our platform, such as device information, IP address, etc.
• Information Use: We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We will only share your information to provide services to you, with your consent, or as required by law.

7. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Advertising

• 1.In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: Twist Collector may offer in-app purchases (IAP) and subscriptions through official app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). These transactions are governed by both your agreement with the respective app store and the terms of this agreement.
• 2.Payment and Pricing: All payment processes are handled by the app stores. We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Unless otherwise provided by law or stated in this agreement, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
• 3.Subscription Management: If you purchase a subscription service, you can manage it (e.g., cancel auto-renewal) through your app store account settings on your device.
• 4.Advertising: Twist Collector may contain third-party advertisements. These ads are provided by our partners and may use anonymous identifiers for targeted advertising.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• 1.Services Provided "As Is": The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• 2.Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• 1.Governing Law: The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• 2.Dispute Resolution: Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in our location for litigation.

10. Agreement Modification and Notice

We have the right to update and modify this agreement from time to time. The modified agreement will take effect after being published within the Twist Collector application or on the relevant website. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.
